An integrated public relations campaign supported the launch of BEHY's new Fruit Punch flavor, in collaboration with hockey player Ivan Demidov, ensuring sustained visibility in the media and on social networks.
THE MANDATE
Design and execute a public relations campaign for BEHY, a Quebec-made, naturally maple-sweetened sports hydration drink. Our mission was to spotlight the launch of their new Fruit Punch flavor in collaboration with rising hockey star and brand ambassador Ivan Demidov. The goal was to maximize coverage across media and social platforms, leverage the involvement of the founders—Étienne Boulay, Maxime Talbot, and Bruno Gervais—and inspire young people to make healthier choices while amplifying the overall impact of the campaign.
THE STRATEGY
We developed a multi-faceted and integrated strategy combining targeted communications with traditional media, personalized influencer packages across the province, and a private “watch party” at Étienne Boulay’s home during a Montreal Canadiens game. Content creators were invited to share the experience with the brand’s co-founders while celebrating the new flavor and cheering on Demidov. This unique event helped boost brand awareness by generating authentic, organic content that was both engaging and highly targeted.
THE RESULTS
We successfully generated strong conversation and created genuine excitement around this collaboration, while maintaining the authentic voice of the founders. We positioned BEHY as more than just a hydration brand, establishing it as a champion of natural ingredients, Quebec pride, and the ambitions of young athletes. Overall, these initiatives reinforced BEHY’s commitment to supporting the next generation of athletic talent in the province.
