Develop and execute an influencer and media strategy to promote the opening of the new restaurant and spark excitement among the Montreal public.
THE STRATEGY
Leveraging our deep understanding of content creators, we strategically selected and invited them in friend groups or as couples—optimizing the budget while elevating content quality. In parallel, we conducted targeted media outreach and tasting invitations to journalists specializing in lifestyle, hospitality, and tourism to maximize earned visibility.
THE RESULTS
Thanks to the strong online visibility and the impressive volume of content generated, the restaurant was fully booked every night in the weeks following the launch. Our strategic approach also enabled Mama C to achieve this success while saving nearly half of the initially planned budget.
